A lot of brands plan drops around a calendar first and figure out the product second. We do it the other way around.Instead, our team goes table by table through the greenhouse, checking what’s actually thriving — leaf quality, root strength, growth stage, overall health. Only plants that are truly ready make it into a potential drop.
Sometimes that means a drop gets pushed back a few weeks because a specific plant just isn't quite there yet. We're fine with that trade-off. A few extra weeks of patience beats shipping something before it's ready.
