Your rank is determined by your total spending, with higher ranks unlocking greater rewards. The total spending period is continuously calculated over the past 12 months, allowing you to accumulate points without worrying about a reset at the start of each year.

Total Spend Calculation
Your total spend determines your Collector Rank and the rewards you unlock. We keep things simple and fair—here’s how it works:
What counts toward your total spend?
- All purchases are recorded in USD, including plant orders, Kartel Coins, and Gift Cards.
- Your total spend updates the moment your payment is successfully processed.
Does my total spend ever decrease?
Yes, but only in two cases:
- If you receive a cash refund for any order.
- If your total spend includes expired points (each spend remains valid for 12 months).
When does my total spend reset?
Never all at once! Instead of resetting yearly, your spend is calculated on a rolling 12-month basis, so you're always earning towards better rewards without starting from zero.
By keeping it simple and transparent, we make sure every collector gets the best experience—just the way it should be!
